I have been sharing this information, i.e. Pnaci, with the people of the world since 1974, as a result of a vision quest experienced in 1972, in which I was counseled to bring back our own word as a means of racial identification. (Indian indentifies a nationality and in no way should it be misconstrued to identify an entire race of people. Native American implies we were nonexistent as a people until the arrival of the Europeans. To call oneself Indian, is to honor the memory of Christopher Columbus at the expense of throwing away your ancestors. This I have promised our ancestors I will never do!!!! Wolfhawk |
